What I’ve been up to
by Sebastian Benthall
Where have I been up to lately?
- Building a personal website, sbenthall.net. So far, it’s mostly microfiction.
- Contributing to GeoExt, a JavaScript toolkit for rich mapping applications, built on OpenLayers and Extjs, and building web GIS applications like GeoExplorer.
- Developing the GeoNode under the auspices of the World Bank’s Central American Probabilistic Risk Assessment (CAPRA) initiative. More about this later.
- Working on OpenGeo‘s business presence however I can, including a foray into web marketing.
So I haven’t had much time left for blogging here. However, my work at OpenGeo during the past few months has given me some new perspectives on political and ideological themes that I will try to articulate here soon.
